We will do our best to ensure that all information is always up to date, however, we’re not infallible. If we do find any errors that impact a purchase you’ve made, we’ll let you know as soon as possible – and take all practicable steps to remedy it.
We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on our website. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note that we may vary our prices from time to time. All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST (of 15%).
We do reserve our right to alter stockists and lines of products as required.
In the event that you place an order for a product that is out of stock, unavailable or there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible (within 48 hours) to advise you of the situation. In the event that the situation cannot be resolved, we will work with you to substitute, delete, or hold your order until the item becomes available. And – of course - we’ll refund you if we cannot work out another solution!
Refunds & Returns
You can return a product if you have ordered incorrectly, all products must be returned in original condition.

You will receive a refund within 10 working days from the time we receive the return however we do not refund the cost of shipping for any change of mind. If for any reason the item was damaged and a refund is the best solution, a full refund including delivery costs will be issued and any further delivery charges in relation to an applicable replacement product being sent will be at no cost to you. We require any damaged or faulty product to be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Product Safety & Warranties
Please acknowledge that you are purchasing product which complies with AS/NZS safety standards and it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the standards in which the products purchased meet.
Cariboo offer varied warranties dependent on the product you are purchasing ranging from 12 months to 10-year warranties.
Cariboo warrants all its products to be free from substantial defects in workmanship for the specified period following from date of purchase. Cariboo New Zealand (2011) Limited will at its discretion, replace or repair an item requiring service. Warranties shall not apply to damage arising from wear & tear, neglect, accidental damage or commercial use of the product.
The product warranty applies only to original purchaser. Proof of purchase and identification is required
Shipping within New Zealand
We know that you’re really keen for your new purchase to arrive! We do our best to have your items to you as soon as possible – and we aim to ship everything within 1 – 7 working days. If, for any reason, there’s an issue with that and we expect a delay, we’ll let you know.

In terms of international shipping, it’s your responsibility to ensure that anything you order from us is not prohibited or restricted to enter your country. We cannot accept any liability for items that are confiscated or refused entry.
We also cannot accept any liability for any items lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
If there’s anything wrong with your order when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible! We want to help to fix the situation. If you can get in touch with us first, sometimes we can work our magic from here – rather than putting the item back in the post to us immediately. Please keep all packaging and damaged items for the minute, as they’re required for the claim process.
